The salt water spray testing machine is aimed at the surface treatment of various materials, including coating, electroplating, anodic treatment of organic and inorganic films, anti-rust oil, and chemical treatment, so as to achieve long-term corrosion resistance of products.
Features:
The whole machine is made of imported P.V.C board, and the inner box adopts advanced ring-belt three-dimensional reinforcement technology, which has a strong structure and never deforms.
The laboratory is heated by five-sided heating, which can accurately grasp the temperature uniformity in the laboratory (±1°C),
Nozzle: Using Bernoult's theorem to absorb salt water and atomize it, which will double the mist diffusion speed and naturally fall on the test piece. The difference in the amount of falling mist can be controlled within ±0.3m1/80cm2H.
Saturated air adopts air Henry's law to heat and humidify and provide the humidity required by the laboratory.
Temperature is the prerequisite for directly affecting the corrosion rate. Our company adopts P.I.D temperature controller, and the control error is within ±0.5°C.
The only full detection system is used, and when a fault occurs, the light can be displayed.
