Main Performance of PFA TubingPFA tubing retains most of the advantages of PTFE while being able to be thermally melted due to reduced crystallinity, melting point, and significantly decreased melt viscosity. It exhibits superior resistance to high temperatures and stress cracking compared to FEP. PFA tubing also has excellent flexibility, with higher mechanical strength than PTFE at elevated temperatures. It withstands high and low temperatures, with a long-term operating temperature range of -200°C to 260°C. It possesses excellent chemical resistance, being corrosion-resistant to all chemicals, and has a low friction coefficient. It also exhibits excellent electrical properties, with temperature-independent insulation and superior radiation resistance. It meets the flame retardant standard of VO level.
PFA tubing is manufactured using imported PFA resin, offering excellent chemical resistance, high-temperature resistance, crack resistance, and good transparency. Compared to other fluoropolymer tubes, PFA has higher polymer purity and a higher continuous operating temperature.
